Evan's memorial was in every way a wonderful tribute to his life. The few people that read poems and shared wonderful stories were very well spoken and their memories so great to hear. The best thing that happened was right after a reading of a poem and while a few were singing a song you could hear a train going through town. It was just loud enough for most of us to hear the whistle. It was amazing the timing, almost like Evan's final words. Also after the service we let go about 300 pink and blue balloons. Natalie and Shawn had white balloons and they let theirs go first and then we all followed. There were small messages posted in memory of this amazing little boy. He will be greatly missed, but absolutely always remembered. We love you little guy, Choo Choo!!!
