More Memories from 2011

Maddy was in her first Christmas church program. She practiced for about a month with the Angel Choir once a week. They sang "Gorly (Glory) to God". One of the versus was Jesus is born. In her early rehearsals at home we discovered she was singing "Jesus is boring." Cute but we definitely had some practicing to do before the big show. This is Madalyn and Maddyn (I apologize if I spelled that wrong) showing off their halos. They played the part well.

Cal was a little bell ringer. He did an excellent job.

Maddy in action to the right below. Sorry for the horrible photography. The poor little girl to the right of Maddy was hit in the eye with Maddy's star several times. On the way to eat that evening Maddy said "Mom I did exactly what I was supposed to do, I sang really loud, smiled big, and waved my star really big." And there are no complaints there she did all of those things just like she was told.
