Unfortunately the Marion Wildcats football season came to an end on Saturday afternoon. They made it further than the football team ever had in school history. That is a major accomplishment and we would have loved to have played one more week. But we played a really good team in the semi-final game and they had the better team on Saturday. I do have to brag we scored more points on this # 1 ranked team than anybody had all season, final score 34-62. Our kids played really hard and never gave up even in the final minutes of the game. Our final record was 10-3 and it was a great year!!!! Here are some pictures from the weekend.

When the bus drove in to town last night they had an escort to the high school and after honking our way all the way through there were tons of Wildcat fans waiting on the field to greet the team on a job well done. It was an awesome run and I'm so thankful to be a part of such a great group of people. Until next year, GO WILDCATS!!!!
