Happy 80th Mimmie

Last weekend was my Mimmie's 80th Birthday!!! She is such a beautiful woman, both on the inside and the out. It was a total surprise for her starting on Friday. One by one all ten of our children were home to celebrate the weekend with her. On Saturday we celebrated with a Mother/Daughter luncheon at Kindling. Lots of fun, sorry no pictures. That evening we had a pizza party at Mom and Dad's house. Then we all came back for probably the best present she could've asked for, all ten of her children and lots of her grandchildren and a few great grandchildren came to church service with her. She was very proud to say the least. After church we had a luncheon for family and then open house with light snacks from 2-5. She look so pretty sitting their all proud. All ten of her children, presented her with a quilt that we all took part in decorating back in July when we had our family reunion. It was really neat.

Here we all are at Church on Sunday morning. It would have been closer but there was so many of us you had to get too far back to actually see any faces. Believe it or not we were still missing quite a few family members. And we missed them dearly but they were definitely on Mimmie's mind and there in spirit.

Happy 80th Birthday Mimmie, We Love You!!!
